The Ogoni Uniformed Personnel Forum (OUPF) is a voluntary association dedicated to the welfare and unity of servicemen and women of Ogoni origin. We are not affiliated with any federal ministry, but exist solely to provide support, promote solidarity, and encourage community service among our members. Our forum welcomes personnel from the Military, Police, Civil Defence, and other uniformed services established by Acts of Parliament under the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Police Affairs, Ministry of Interior, and related agencies.
The objective of the Ogoni Uniformed Personnel Forum (OUPF) is to promote the welfare of Ogoni servicemen and women, strengthen unity among all uniformed personnel, and encourage voluntary community service that benefits our people and society.
